CAN I RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
All digital items are final sale. This includes PSDs files, stock images, and any digital templates (including canva, corjl and templett templates).
For custom or customized premade designs (such as premade boxes), requests can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing your order.
CAN YOU PRINT MY FLYERS/BUSINESS CARDS/TAGS FOR ME?
At the moment my shop is design only. None of the listings will include any physical items or printed materials. I hope to be able to offer printing services to you in the near future.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Each item has a different turnaround time, please check the listing details for specifics. Please note turn around times can vary based on my current queue.
Most customized premade items (such as boxes) have a 3-5 day turn around time, and other customized items may have a 5-7 day turn around time. Larger packages and items like custom websites can have a turn around time of anywhere between 2-6 weeks.
WILL MY DESIGN BE SOLD TO OTHER PEOPLE?
Only if you ordered a premade design or template. Premades and templates are NOT unique, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing.
Custom designs, on the other hand, will never be sold to another store.
SHOP POLICIES
Revisions are limited to minor tweaks; full redesigns are an additional fee. Revisions must be requested within 7 days.
Revisions & proofs must be approved within 7 days. All files must be downloaded within 30 days of receiving them. We do not guarantee that we will still have your items available beyond that point.
We do not offer refunds on anything after 30 days; in some cases store credit may be provided.
Your order due date is when either the proof and/or final version of your order will be delivered. Please note that requested revisions will generally extend past the original due date.
LICENSING AGREEMENT - STOCK PHOTOS
All stock photos come with a commercial license. This license allows you to use the photos in commercial works you create for your own business or for a client. You may also use our stock photos to create editable templates via Canva, Templett, Corjl, etc.
You may not ever use our stock photos create any kind of pornographic work, work that is suggestive in nature, or to create anything that is offensive in nature. Romance novel covers are okay; erotica covers are not ok.
LICENSING AGREEMENT - ALL OTHER ITEMS [excluding stock photos & clip art]
Purchasing our templates entitles you to use by one end user/one end business. It is strictly prohibited to sell, give away, or pass of as your own these graphics, including any derivatives created from these templates, as well as any elements from it.
You may not edit any of our templates to use for anything other than their intended use (example: flyers can't be edited to make web buttons or web banners, etc). You may not extract any graphic elements from our templates or custom designs.
If you are caught breaking these terms, we reserve the right to suspend access to your templates without refund.
LICENSING AGREEMENT - CLIP ART
All clipart comes with a commercial use license. You may use our clipart to create print on demand and design on demand items. You may use our clipart to create products for sale such as stickers, planners, tshirts, party supplies, coloring books, editable flyers & templates, printable wall art, etc. There are no download limits or manufacturing limits for these items.
SCRAPBOOK KITS
You may also incorporate our clipart into your scrapbooking kits & journal ephemera kits. In this situation, make sure our images are flattened and incorporated into a broader design, and that the end item is not for commercial use.
RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT sell or giveaway clip art "as is".
You may not use our clipart to create graphic resources.
DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION SERVICE POLICY
All domain names purchased on behalf of clients will be purchased through the registrar namecheap.com. Domain names can not be changed after the client has selected one. All sales are final on domain name orders. Domain names will be registered for 1 year only; it is the clients job to renew service after one year. We are not responsible for expired or lost domain names.
